According to Comcept, this drive is not for the animated series or to create the game as described in the Kickstarter. It is solely for creating additional content for the game beyond the stretch goals that were already met.
That out of the way: Comcept is opening up a second round of crowdfunding for those who missed out on the original Kickstarter or want to contribute more.
Details are here and donation tiers are here. The short version is that various presale options are available in the site's store. Revenue from purchases of things other than pre-orders of the game itself will be used to develop bonus content for the game when it releases.
The first goal they're aiming for is full English VA for the game for $100,000.
